1. Introduction  These Terms of Service govern the use of 
the online store operated by WITH HEELS (hereinafter "we" 
or "our store"). By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

・Our products are made using a print-on-demand method, 
manufactured after your order is placed.
・Product colors may appear different from actual items 
depending on your monitor or device settings.
・Product images are for illustrative purposes and may 
differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders

・Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, in principle.
・Cancellations may be accepted before production begins. 
Please contact us as soon as possible.
・Please ensure all order details are correct before placing 
your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

・All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include 
consumption tax.
・We accept payments via Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available payment methods.
・Production begins after payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping

・As products are made to order, manufacturing and shipping take additional time.
・Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on 
delivery timeframes.
・If the shipping address provided is incorrect, redelivery 
fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

・Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
・Returns due to customer preference are generally not accepted.
・Refunds or exchanges are only provided in the case of 
defective products.

7. Intellectual Property

・All designs, images, and text of products sold in our store 
are the intellectual property of WITH HEELS.
・Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or secondary use is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

・We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of 
our products.
・We are not responsible for shipping or order delays caused　by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or system failures.

・Customer personal information is managed appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
