- Our products are manufactured on-demand (made-to-order) upon receiving your order.
- Product colors may appear slightly different from the actual item depending on your monitor or device environment.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the nature of printing, the actual product may differ slightly in placement and color.

3. Orders
- In principle, we strictly do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been finalized.
- In rare cases before production begins, a cancellation may be processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
- Please double-check your order details (size, color, and shipping address) to ensure they are 100% correct before finalizing your purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment
- Product prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer (JPY, USD, CAD, etc.). Prices displayed for domestic customers within Japan include consumption tax.
- Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, accepting various credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available payment methods at checkout.
- Production of items will commence as soon as payment confirmation is successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery
- Since our products are made-to-order, manufacturing and transit require additional time. For comprehensive details regarding shipping times and regional availability, please refer to our official Shipping Policy.
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, any re-shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns and Refunds
- For specific conditions, procedures, and exclusions regarding returns and refunds, please consult our official Return & Refund Policy.
- Due to the nature of custom made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund if the product arrives defective or damaged.

- All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights regarding the product designs, images, and texts displayed on this store belong entirely to WITH HEELS. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, secondary use, or resale is strictly prohibited.

- The Shop shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from customer negligence or the improper use of products.
- We are not responsible for shipping or order delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, system failures, or customs clearance delays.
