Refund & Return Policy

Basic Policy  Our products are made using a print-on-demand 
(made-to-order) production method. Therefore, we are generally 
unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

Eligible for Refund or Exchange  We will provide a refund or 
exchange in the following cases, which we determine to be 
defective:

• The product has a defect or damage
• There is a printing error or significant color difference
• A product different from your order was delivered
• The product was damaged during shipping

Information Required for Refund or Exchange  Please send us the following information by email (info@with-heels.com) within 14 days of receiving your order:

• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Photo of the entire product
• Close-up photo of the defective area
• Photo of the product tag or packaging
• Specific description of the defect

Return of Product  As products are made to order, you do not need to return the item. Once we confirm the defect based on the information provided, we will arrange an exchange or refund. 
Defective items may be disposed of by the customer.

Ineligible Cases  The following are not eligible for return 
or refund:

• Customer preference (e.g., "looks different from image", 
  "color is darker than expected")
• More than 14 days after delivery
• Cases where required information or photos are not provided
• Used or washed items
• Damage or staining caused by the customer

Refund Method

• Full refund to the original payment method after we confirm 
  the defect
• Or, we will send a replacement item
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

As you do not need to return the item, no return shipping 
costs will be incurred.

Final Decision  The eligibility for return or refund will be 
determined by us based on the information provided. We may 
request additional information or photos if necessary.
