    • Consumption Tax: Included in the displayed product prices (All-inclusive pricing).

    • Shipping Fee (Within Japan): FREE SHIPPING for orders of ¥5,000 (tax incl.) and over. A flat rate of ¥700 (tax incl.) applies to orders of ¥4,999 and under.

    • Shipping Fee (USA & Canada): FREE SHIPPING on all orders (Shipping costs are pre-integrated into the product price).

    • Customs and Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).

  • Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

    • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, we strictly do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for customer convenience (such as incorrect size selection or change of mind).

    • In the unlikely event that a product arrives defective, damaged, or completely different from your order details, please contact us via email (info@with-heels.com) within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
